The Fight within.

When we fight and battle within.

When we are trapped in our inner war.

We mirror that energy out.

It then returns to us.

Our internal reality reflects and projects , out into the world around us.

We become trapped in a false paradigm.

That will loop again and again into fight .

Break the pattern.

Break the fight.

Process, feel and accept .

Allow yourself the love, time and space.

Shift your reaction into action.

Align yourself with the truth of pure unconditional love.

Align yourself with the truth of who you authentically are.

person they programmed you to be.

Set yourself free.

Love always.
